The condominium's plumber was replacing 20 cm sections.....which was causing significant financial damage and, above all, colossal disruption.

Together with the union council, we were able to find a column with over 60% limescale build-up which, despite a maintenance contract, was no longer being cleaned because the sanitiser in charge was quite rightly afraid of breaking the column.
The challenge for Docteur Canalisations was to find out how to clean these pipes without breaking them and, above all, how to give them a new lease of life by lining them, and what technique to use?
As all the apartments were occupied but of a very high standard, it was complicated to envisage a solution involving the reopening of the spigots and sheathing, which was not really in the economic interest of the condominium, even if its main aim was to avoid any problems.

We've come up with the Docteur Spray solution, which has the advantage of being fast, economical and, above all, of treating pitting in a single pass, without having to enter apartments. PLUS our Resin dries quickly in seconds or minutes, depending on the formulation, so as to avoid nuisance as much as possible.
We therefore proposed this solution to the union council: spray lining.
Obviously, as with any work, the condominium manager wanted to obtain competing quotes, which is perfectly normal.
It turned out that our company was more competitive in terms of rates, but the property manager, for fear or other reasons, seemed to prefer the more expensive company with the more invasive technology....
A simple demonstration in our offices was enough to convince the union council that our resins are certified for 25 years and that the technology is certified.
Spray lining operations on this condominium in Nice
After completely cleaning the pipe using our 3D robot and high-temperature technology, we carried out a video inspection and then started injecting the resin liner using our exclusive Docteur Spray machine.
This 18-metre pipe was completely treated in two days, causing no nuisance to the co-owners and giving them great satisfaction.
We applied a coating to the inside of the pipe to protect it from chemical attack, and used the old pipe as a lost mould.
On average, this operation cost half as much as traditional methods.
